CitiFix
CitiFix is a civic tech platform that empowers residents to report urban infrastructure issues while enabling governments to respond efficiently. The project focuses on improving communication between the public and city services through a streamlined, accessible, and transparent reporting experience.
On the desktop side, CitiFix provides a management dashboard for city officials to review, assign, and track reported infrastructure issues in real time. It supports data filtering, status updates, and internal coordination. On the iPhone app, citizens can quickly submit reports by uploading photos, selecting issue categories, and pinpointing locations on a map. The seamless integration between mobile reporting and desktop processing ensures faster, more transparent responses to urban concerns.
This project explores how AR (Augmented Reality) and AI can support repair teams in maintaining complex machinery. Through an AR interface, technicians can visualize step-by-step repair instructions overlaid directly onto equipment, reducing reliance on manuals and minimizing errors. Meanwhile, AI assists by identifying faults through sensor data and providing predictive diagnostics, helping crews act faster and more accurately in the field.
