Husqvarna Automower iQ Series
The iQ Series Automower is Husqvarna’s next-generation robotic mower designed for North American users. My role is to led the UX design, creating a seamless experience from unboxing to setup and operation. By combining user research insights with intuitive digital workflows and a redesigned packaging system, the project aimed to reduce friction, enhance first-time use, and elevate the premium feel of the product.
In my design practice, I strive to create solutions that are valuable, usable, and desirable. A product must first deliver real value to users and the business. It should then be usable, meaning intuitive, accessible, and efficient in helping users achieve their goals. Finally, it should be desirable, evoking emotional engagement through thoughtful design, aesthetics, and interaction. These three principles guide every decision I make—from early research to final execution.
